CHIN TON (NAOMI) TANG

My studio work is focused on ceramics. My graduation series included varies forms of ceramics vessels and sculpture. Through my work, I engage with themes of femineity and identity utilizing a maximalist and hyper-feminine aesthetics. I’m particularly interested in examining traditional female stereotypes, by embracing elements that are often considered traditionally feminine, I want to invite viewers into my world, drawing attention how these concepts can be harmonise rather than in conflict.
