Oak’s recent practice is a combination of concepts from Ceramic Art and Textiles that transfer onto fabric or traditional Korean paper Hanji.  She explores properties of colour and material and then creates with metaphorical or psycho-analytic imagination.

Oak’s main focuses are the Korean terms of Dansaekhwa and Hanji paper art where she is looking forward to seeing Korean-ness.
